Leading the Development of Qukin Building Centre in Sparwood

The Qukin Business Center represents a strategic investment in infrastructure to support long-term operations, workforce presence, and regional growth in the Elk Valley.

Completed in January 2024, this project involved the renovation of an existing warehouse and office facility to create a functional, modern space tailored to the evolving needs of Ka•kin Group Ltd., its employees, and additional tenants.

Our Role

Steel River Group supported the development of the Qukin Business Center by helping guide the project from concept through to completion.

This included aligning the space with Ka•kin’s operational needs, supporting decision-making throughout the renovation, and ensuring the facility was designed to function as both an internal workspace and a multi-tenant environment.

Our involvement focused on making sure the project moved forward with clarity, practicality, and long-term usability in mind.
