Tendering & Contractor Procurement
We develop tender packages, manage competitive procurement processes and support bid evaluation, with opportunities for Indigenous participation and local economic benefit considered throughout the process.
Close-Out & Operational Readiness
We manage the transition from construction to operations, including deficiencies, commissioning, occupancy requirements, documentation and handover, helping ensure facilities are ready to serve their intended purpose from day one.
Land Development & Approvals
We navigate the regulatory and approval process from pre-application through permitting, including zoning, Official Community Plans, regional district requirements, Agricultural Land Commission considerations and municipal servicing.
Development Management & Owner’s Representation
Acting on behalf of the owner, we provide oversight throughout the development process to help maintain control of project scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk while representing the owner’s interests at every stage.
Construction Administration
During construction, we provide ongoing project oversight through site reviews, schedule and budget monitoring, change management, payment certification, stakeholder coordination and funder reporting.
