for Tsuut’ina Nation Member
Irene Crowchild, a proud member of Tsuut’ina Nation and a candidate for the role of Xàkújághá (Minor Chief), partnered with our team at Steel River Group to craft a campaign film that amplifies her vision for leadership, healing and language-revitalization. Her journey combines athletic achievement, cultural grounding and community service, making the story one that resonated deeply across the Nation.

Helped develop a narrative that weaves together Irene’s background as a two-time Canadian Women’s Long-Drive champion, her lived experience of intergenerational trauma, her role as a health & safety officer and her commitment to creating space for two-spirit Indigenous leadership.

Filmed on-location within Tsuut’ina Nation lands, incorporating meaningful cultural settings and language references to reflect Irene’s connection to her community.
